Charles Newton was an experimenter, inventor, superior ballistician, firearms designer, and firearms manufacturer, between the years of 1905 and 1932. This book, compiled from over 100 sources, is the most complete volume to date covering Newton's numerous accomplishments. Discussed are Newton's innovative rifle and ammunition designs, including the first German imports; the 1916 First Model; the Model 1922 second German import group; the Model 1924, Second Model, or Buffalo Newton; and the LeverBolt.
